v2Media's beginnings goes back to 1999 where Mark Senden, Client
Liaison and Creative Director of v2Media, began networking with other
multimedia designers and web programmers over the internet.
After a few years, Mr Senden cemented a place with a tightly-knit
group of professionals who co-operated on major projects and subcontracted
each other on a regular basis. The network persists to this day and
expands with new members in more countries every year.
v2Media is the south-pacific representation of this professional
network of multimedia designers. The Studio is based in Brisbane, Australia.
Staff are contracted by v2 from within the group on a project by project basis.
The advantage of this structure is cost effectiveness and savings
are passed along to you, the client. When you contract v2Media, you
are not paying for the day to day running costs of the business, much like
regular design studios.
Regular studios have the usual overhead
for central premises, full-time staff, equipment, and software. These
costs are factored into their pricing. So in effect, their clients
pay for the studio's annual overhead.
Conversely, v2Media is in a constant state of flux to accommodate
each project that enters the studio. We only employ the resources
needed to complete a project. This way your company's money is only
spent on the resources required to complete your project.
