Panapower

 

Panapower have been a client of v2Media since 2006. Their previous website was designed by a graphic design studio. It looked great, excellent branding and very pleasing to look at. Problem is, it didn't work. The website that was promised was not delivered and what was delivered was so plagued with problems that it was costing the client thousands every week in lost orders from their retailers.

The client was quite specific in the brief to v2Media, "Stuff the design, as long as it looks ok, that's fine. We need the bloody thing to work!" [Ed: Ray, just paraphrasing OK] And work it did!

Today the Panapower website is integrated directly into the server at their head office. All inventory and customer records are pushed from their company server to the website server. All orders are pulled from the website to the company. Just to add icing to the cake, the Panapower office runs on Windows MsSQL server and the website is Linux MySQL. The solution is cross-platform compatible.
