Request For Proposal
Please find our regular contact page here.
v2Media Proposals, as opposed to regular quotes, are comprehensive documents that cover all aspects of your project. Each proposal includes:-
- Introduction to v2Media
- Project Executive Summary
- Breakdown of Project Modules
- Scope of Functionality and/or Deliverables Manifest
- Project Time-line
- Costing breakdown
- Terms and Conditions
Due to the amount of time and effort that goes into each proposal, v2Media will not accept a request for a proposal for small budget projects. Small budget projects will receive a quote instead. We also refuse to do p0rn0graphy, gambling, adult dating, violent or racist websites.
Start-up companies will often request a proposal for the purpose of completing their business plan documentation. v2Media considers proposals for start-ups as written consultations therefore v2Media will charge a fee for the proposal if it is for business plan documentation purposes. Proposals for business plans cost between $360 and $1500 depending on the amount of resources required to compile the proposal.
Medium to large companies will have staff that are familiar with the RFP process. Typically a request will include supporting documentation that encompasses the scope of the project and other requirements. If there is no supporting documentation, or if the documentation is lacking specific requirements, then v2Media will request a Needs Analysis Meeting first. During the Needs Analysis, we will gather all the information that's required to compile your proposal.
RFPs should be addressed to v2Media Attn: Mark Senden and sent via mail, email or phone to book a meeting.
